It's been over 3 years since the last language poll, as far as I can tell. Since language skills change over time, and of course we're always getting new people in Support and people leaving, it's probably time for a new one. "I don't remember which email address I used" is not the same as "I don't have access to the email address I used." The "well, if you don't have access to an authorized address, you're out of luck" answer is not appropriate for the former, because the first step is to determine whether that is the case. If someone doesn't know which addresses they used, point them to the Troubleshooting section of FAQ 17 for help figuring that out.

- All errors that deal with editing and saving custom mood themes go to Web; errors about not being able to save profile and interests when signing up due to improper interest format go to Gunk. (link)
